Public Transport Transfers from Tampere Airport (TMP), Finland

Tampere 'Pirkkala' airport is only 15 minutes from Tampere and 10 minutes from Nokia, Helsinki lies about 100 miles distance south.
Taxis	Call one from the airport, expect a taxi fare of around 22 Euros for a 20 minutes trip to town.
Bus	Ryanair shuttle buses transport passengers from the airport to Tampere railway station. Bus no 61 also runs to town. From Tampere station there are bus connections to various parts of the city at numerous bus stops near the station building.
Train	No direct trains to this airport, but Tampere railway station is 8 miles away on Rautatienkatu. From here hourly trains run to Helsinki in 2 hours, and to other major Finnish cities.
